In order to get a refund, you must complete and submit the coursework from Design Week and other requirements provided below.

Upload all completed materials in full to the secure link.
REQUIREMENT 4: Share 5-7 sentences telling us about your biggest takeaway from one or more of the Training or Q&A calls you watched live or recorded.
REQUIREMENT 5: To help us better understand why you are requesting a refund, tell us why the Hybrid Expert Accelerator was not a good fit for you and your business needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the course?
Once the requirements above are completed and verified in your bucket.io account, you’ll get a swift and complete refund. It’s really as simple as that. Note that refunds are issued at our sole discretion, if full compliance with the above has been met.
